原发性肾病综合征采用中西医结合治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

目的分析原发性肾病综合征采用中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年11月—2013年11月收治的120例原发性肾病综合征患者,随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例),观察组患者行中西医结合治疗(中药汤剂+标准激素治疗),对照组单纯行西医治疗(标准激素治疗),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者尿蛋白、血黏度、血脂水平均显著改善,但观察组尿蛋白改善时间、血黏度、血脂水平改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总缓解率为91.67%,对照组总缓解率为71.67%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗是原发性肾病综合征的一种有效治疗方案,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with primary nephrotic syn-drome in our hospital in November 2012 to November 2013 were divided into observation group（60 cases）and con-trol group（60 cases）.The observation group was treated with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine （traditional Chinese medicine decoction and standard hormone therapy ） ,whereas the control group was only trea-ted with western medicine therapy（standard hormone therapy）.The clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results Urine albuminuria ,blood viscosity ,blood lipid levels were significantly improved in both groups.The time of albuminuria improvement ,blood lipids and blood viscosity in the observation group were improved more signifi-cantly than the control group（P〈0.05）.In addition ,the total effective rate in observation group was 91.67% ,and the total effective rate in control group was 71.67% ,with a significant differences between them （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is an effective treatment for primary nephrotic syndrome.It can improve the symptoms and signs.It is safe and reliable ,worthy of clinical appli-cation.
