骨外科手术中血液保护策略的研究进展

Research progress on blood conservation strategies in orthopaedic surgery

骨外科手术中常面临大出血的危险,需大量输注红细胞等血液制品,但异体输血可增加患者的病死率,因此,在围术期采取综合措施进行血液保护是骨外科手术的热点问题。当前骨外科手术中血液保护的策略有:术前自体血储备、血液稀释、控制性降压、自体血液回收、合理使用药物和体温保护等。本文就各种血液保护策略在骨外科手术中的临床应用作一综述。

During orthopaedic surgery, the patients often face the risk of massive haemorrhage, and need to infuse a lot of red blood cells, but allogeneic blood transfusion might increase the patients’mortality. Therefore, using an inte-grated blood conservation measures has become a hot issue in orthopaedic surgery. Nowadays there are various periop-erative blood conservation strategies, such as preoperative autologous donation, hemodilution, controlled hypotension, cell salvage, rational use of drugs, temperature protection and so on. This article summarized a variety of blood conser-vation strategies in the clinical application of orthopaedic surgery briefly.
