摘要
建筑物上部结构不均匀变形会影响工程结构的安全性,对建筑物基础进行加固设计并采用加固处理,可以控制基础沉降的增加,是保证上部结构安全的重要措施和内容。文章针对某建筑物独立基础沉降较大的现象,通过场地的地层和建筑物的结构资料及基础沉降数据的测定分析,阐述了基础底部黄土的湿陷、基础四周深厚填土堆载、填土引起的结构柱侧面的负摩阻力等是造成的建筑物基础沉降和整体倾斜的原因,基于变形控制原则并考虑了场地环境条件,提出了利用微型桩将上部荷载传至下部岩层以控制沉降的微型桩托换的加固措施。
Uneven deformation of the superstructure will affect the safety of engineering structures, and the reinforcement design of foundation and the use of reinforcement are important measures and content to control the increase of foundation settlement and to ensure the safety of the upper structure. Concerning the phenomenon of larger settlement of a building,by analyzing its stratum,data structure of building and foundation settlement data,the paper discusses the causes of structure foundation settlement and the overall tilt by the loess collapse under the bottom of foundation,deep soil loading foundation around and the negative friction of the side of column caused by backfill etc.Based on consideration of settlement control and the site environmental conditions,we propose that the upper structure load be transferred to the lower strata by micro pile in order to control the purpose of settlement.
