摘要 目的探讨枸杞多糖对自身免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠的保护作用。方法以小鼠免疫性卵巢早衰模型模拟卵巢早衰,研究枸杞多糖对小鼠免疫性卵巢早衰模型动情周期、体重、血清抗透明带抗体、血卵泡刺激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2)浓度的影响。结果与模型组比较,枸杞多糖治疗组能改善了小鼠的性周期紊乱,降低血清抗透明带抗体、FSH的浓度,提高血清E2的浓度,并在第7周至第8周时增加体重。结论枸杞多糖对自身免疫性卵巢早衰具有保护作用。 Objective To evaluate the protective effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharide( LBp)on model of autoim-mune premature ovarian failure in mice. Methods The model of autoimmune premature ovarian failure was induced by pzp3 to simulate the premature ovarian failure( pOF)changes. The protective effects of LBp were investigated in this mod-el. Results LBp treatment significantly improved the estrous cycle disorder,reduced the levels of the serum AzpAb,follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH),enhanced the level of the serum estradiol( E2 )and gained weight between the 7 weeks to 8 weeks as compared with the model group. Conclusion LBp offerred therapeutic effect against pzp3-induced autoimmune premature ovarian failure in mice.
