摘要
针对KNT-30型齿轮泵出现的故障现象,分析其产生的原因,实施了相应的处理措施,解决了齿轮泵故障问题,延长了运转周期,确保生产装置稳定运行,大大节省了生产成本。
The failure causes of the block of the KNT-30 Gear Pump in an acryl acid plant were analyzed, some corre- sponding retrofit method swore proposed, has solved the circulating KNT-30 Gear Pump block, prolong the running period, ensure the stable operation of the device, greatly saves the cost of production.
