摘要
利用有限元法首次对5400型传动轴组件进行了强度分析。运用非线性分析软件Abaqus建立了结构的有限元模型,通过分析计算获得了在最大传递扭矩工况下各构件的应力水平与分布,计算结果对传动轴组件结构的改进设计提供了参考。
Using the finite element method for the first time on a 5400-type drive shaft component strength analysis. Nonlinear analysis using the finite element software Abaqus model structure, obtained by analyzing the calculated stress level in the maximum torque transmission and distribution conditions of each component of the calculation results to improve the design of the drive shaft assembly structure provides a reference.
