摘要
1Cr18Ni9Ti与16MnR是超高压开关壳体常用钢板,通过对1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢与16MnR低合金钢埋弧自动焊单面焊双面成型工艺的研究,分析了1Cr18Ni9Ti与16MnR异种钢焊接容易产生焊接缺陷的原因,通过大量工艺试验、评定,以此确定出1Cr18Ni9Ti与16MnR异种钢埋弧自动焊单面焊双面成型合理的焊接工艺,并在生产实际中得到了应用。
