摘要
工业计算机控制系统输出的准确可靠性对于整个控制系统的成功运行起着决定性的作用。故障安全输出常见的结构有二取二,三取二结构,这些结构普遍只使用组合故障安全技术,安全措施相对单一,缺乏多重保障。在传统的二取二组合故障安全架构的基础上,增加了反应故障安全和固有故障安全技术,提出了一种能对自身电路进行实时自检的二取二故障安全输出结构及其检测方法。
