摘要
管道是在生活中应用非常普遍的结构之一。一般情况下,管道作为传输物质的通道连接着各种大型仪器或设备。管道的振动不仅会影响到管道内部传输物质的效率,严重时会导致物质泄漏和设备损坏等灾难性的后果。首先阐述针对管系进行动力学建模的常用方法,分析得出现有方法的局限性,然后引入以轴对称矩形模型为基础的管道动力学建模方法,最后通过一段管道仿真计算得出该方法与现有方法之间的差异,证明了该方法的可行性和实用性。
Pipeline is one of the widely used structure in life. In general, the pipeline, as material transport channel, connected with various kinds of large instrument and equipment. The vibration of pipeline will not only affect the ettqciency of transmission of material inside the pipeline, but also can cause leaks and damage to the equipment and other disastrous consequences when it becomes serious. This paper expounds the common method used in the pipe system dynamics modeling, analysis of the limitations of the method, and then pipeline dynamics modeling method to symmetric rectangular unit based, difference between the method with the existing methods that finally through a pipeline between the simulation calculation, proves the feasibility and practicability of this method.
