摘要
活套小车车轮是酸轧机组活套区域的重要附属设备之一,作为车身和其上带钢重量的承载对象,其工作状态的稳定性直接影响着机组的生产顺行。以某钢厂酸轧机组活套为例,通过对活套小车车轮组件使用情况的分析,找出其异常跑偏的原因,提出新的结构改进方案,进行了对比受力分析并投入实际使用,研究改进工作提高了车轮组件的使用寿命。
