摘要
介绍了CalypsoPCM的参数化、变量控制、交互式等功能;针对工厂当前生产产品多样化,使用测量程序随机型增加而成倍增加的情况,分析工厂不同产品的共性,利用PCM的功能实现尽可能多的程序的代码共享与不同工件的测量防错,从而减少测量程序的数量。
This paper introduces the parameter, variable control, interactive function of Calypso PCM; the current production product diversification, the measurement procedures used stochastic increased and multiplied, and analysis of plant of different products in general, to achieve as many program using the PCM function code sharing and the measurement of different workpieces error proofing , thereby reducing the number of measurement program.
