摘要
φ4.2×13m双滑履水泥磨大型筒体在加工中采用科学工艺,通过设计高效工装夹具,利用普通大型车床加工,有效解决了大型筒体的外形尺寸、粗糙度、同轴度、圆度及直线度难以控制的难题,提高大型筒体的加工精度,提高了加工效率。
φ4.2×13m double slide shoe cement grinding of large cylinder using science and technology in the processing, through the efficient design of fixture, the ordinary large lathe processing, effectively solve the large cylinder size, roughness, coaxial, roundness and straightness of the difficult control problem, improve the machining accuracy large barrel, improve processing efficiency.
