摘要
针对具有高光洁度、小尺寸内孔的铁路列车,用联轴节进行机器视觉系统成像方案设计。采用反射式取像机构与LED照明光源。分别用面阵CCD相机和线阵CCD相机进行实验。面阵CCD相机选用散射照明方式,线阵CCD相机选用直射照明方式。实验结果表明,取像机构稳定可靠,两种相机都可得到品质较好的图像。但在选择合适的照明方式之外,还要根据现场环境要求调整光照角度、光照距离等。对于小尺寸空间还应考虑光源的散热问题。
Implementation of the machine vision system imaging scheme design,for the coupling with a high degree of finish, small size of inner hole used in railway train. Using reflection type imaging mechanism and LED lighting light source. Separately in plane array CCD camera and a linear CCD camera for experiments. Plane array CCD camera to choose scattering light way, Linear CCD camera to choose direct lighting. The experimental results show that imaging mechanism is stable and reliable and the two kinds of camera can get images with good quality. But, Outside to choose the right means of lighting,also need according to the site environment requirement to adjust the illumination angle illumination distance, etc. For small size space light heat dissipation problems should also be considered.
