摘要
当前,随着数控机床的发展,数控车切槽循环指令的开发得到了广泛的应用。在指令开发过程中,基于宏程序的指令研究开发,应用效果良好。在本文中,笔者结合自身的工作实际和相关的理论文献,探讨了基于华中数控系统宏程序开发常见的零件加工工序,也就是切槽循环指令的过程,且探讨了该程序在实际生产中的应用,可简化宽槽加工程序,有效满足切槽环指令的要求,应用效果良好。同时,本文还指出了基于宏程序数控车切槽环指令的不足,以及未来的发展方向问题。
Nowadays, with the development of CNC machine tools, CNC turning grooving cycle instruction development has been widely used.
