摘要 港口机械正向着大型化、自动化、连续化、高速化发展,使得设备结构更加复杂。为了确保机器的正常运行,提高其港口装卸、作业能力和安全性,需要对港口机械的金属结构应力进行在线监测。因此提出应力监测和诊断系统的设计,并用该系统对港口机械金属结构应力进行在线监测。 With high-speed development of economic globalization, port machinery to large-scale, automated, continuous, high speed development, makes the device more complex structure. In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine, and improve their ability of port loading and unloading , and safety, so we want to online monitoring and diagnosis system design put stress on the metal structure of port machinery. So the design of stress monitoring and diagnosis system, the on-line monitoring system and the stress of metal structure of port machinery.
