蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗流行性腮腺炎的效果分析

Effect analysis of pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid combined with ribavirin granule in the treatment of mumps

目的：研究蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年2月∽2014年1月收治的92例流行性腮腺炎患者，按照治疗方法将其分为治疗组和对照组，各46例，治疗组采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗，对照组采用利巴韦林颗粒治疗，比较两组患者发热、头痛、腮腺肿胀持续时间及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.00%，对照组总有效率为82.61%，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗组患者发热、头痛及腮腺肿胀持续时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合利巴韦林颗粒治疗流行性腮腺炎，临床疗效显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect of pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid combined with ribavirin granules in the treatment of mumps. Methods Ninety-two patients with mumps in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014 were selected,and were evenly divided into treatment group and control group based on different therapeutic methods, pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid combined with ribavirin granule was given to the treatment group,only ribavirin granule was given to the control group.Duration of fever,headache,and parotid gland swelling,and the total clinical therapeutic effect were compared in both groups. Results The total clinical therapeutic effect in the treatment group was 100.00%,the control group was 82.61%,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Duration of fever,headache,and parotid gland swelling in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,which displayed statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of pudilan xiaoyan oral liquid and ribavirin granules can obtain a certain effect on treating mumps in clinic.
