干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床效果分析

The clinical effect of interferon combined with microwave on cervical erosion complicated with HPV infection

目的探讨干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床效果。方法选择本院140例宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用微波治疗,观察组采用干扰素联合微波治疗。评定两组的疗效。结果观察组轻中度患者总有效率与对照组轻中度患者总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组重度患者总有效率高于对照组重度患者总有效率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂合并HPV感染的临床效果显著,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of interferon combined with microwave on cervical erosion compli-cated with HPV infection. Methods 140 cases of patients with cervical erosion complicated with HPV infection were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given with the mi-crowave treatment,the observation group was treated with interferon combined with microwave therapy,the efficacy was evaluated in two groups. Results The total effective rate of the mild and moderate cases in the observation group com-pared with that in the control group,there was no significant difference （P〉0.05）;the total effective rate of the severe cases in the observation group compared with that in the control group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion The clinical effect of interferon combined with microwave on cervical erosion complicated with HPV infection is significant,and the therapy is worth learning from.
