血清胆碱酯酶与糖类抗原125水平检测在肝硬化诊断中的临床意义

Clinical significance of detections of serum cholinesterase and carbohydrate antigen 125 level in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis

目的：分析血清胆碱酯酶（CHE）与糖类抗原125（CA125）水平检测对肝硬化患者的临床诊断意义。方法选取2012年1月∽2013年11月本院收治的60例肝硬化患者为研究对象,以Child-Pugh分级法将其分为实验组A、实验组B、实验组C,每组各20例；同时取同期正常健康者20例作为对照组。对4组受试者的CHE、CA125水平进行检测,并作统计学对比分析。结果实验组与对照组的CHE、CA125值比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组3组的CHE、CA125值比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对比出现并发症与未出现并发症患者的CHE与CA125值发现,两者的CHE值比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但并发症患者的CA125值明显高于未出现并发症患者（P〈0.05）。结论对于肝硬化患者而言,血清CHE、CA125水平检测具有较高的灵敏度和诊断特异性,可判断肝硬化患者病情的严重程度,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic significance of detection of serum cholinesterase （CHE） and carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125） level for patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 60 patients with liver cirrhosis admit-ted into our hospital from January 2012 to November 2013 were selected as research objects.According to Child-Pugh classification,they were evenly divided into the experimental group A,B,and C.Meanwhile,another 20 healthy partici-pants were selected as the control group in the same period.The level of CHE and CA125 were tested and then com-paratively analyzed in statistics among 4 groups. Results The value of CHE and CA125 in the experimental group and the control group displayed great differences with statistical significances （P〈0.05）.The level of CHE and CA125 among the 3 experimental groups also had obvious differences with statistical significances （P〈0.05）.After comparing values of CHE and CA125 in patients with/without complications respectively,there was no significant difference in CHE value （P〉0.05）.However,the value of CA125 in patients occurred with complications was higher than that without complica-tions （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with liver cirrhosis,level detections of serum CHE and CA125 indicate higher sensitivity and diagnostic specificity,and can be used to judge severity of diseases in liver cirrhosis patients,which have positive clinical significances.
