早期ADL自理能力训练对人工髋关节置换术患者的效果观察

Effect observation of the early ADL self-care training in the patients with total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨早期ADL自理能力训练对人工髋关节置换术患者的效果。方法将80例人工髋关节置换术患者按照入院时间的先后顺序随机分为常规训练组和早期训练组,每组各40例,常规训练组按照常规护理模式进行护理,早期训练组在常规训练组的基础上早期应用ADL自理能力训练模式,比较两组的效果。结果早期训练组的生活自理能力、患者及家属满意度明显高于常规训练组,并发症发生率明显低于常规训练组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ADL自理能力训练能有效提高患者的自我护理能力,提高患者及家属的满意率,降低并发症的发生率,提高日常生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect observation of the early ADL self-care training in the patients with total hip arthroplasty. Methods 80 patients with artificial hip joint replacement were randomly divided into regular training group and early training group,with 40 cases in each group,the regular training group was given conventional nursing, early training group was given early application of ADL ability training mode on the basis of the control group,the effect of the two groups were conmpared. Results The self-care ability, satisfaction of patients and their family members in early training group were significantly higher than those of regular training group,the complication rate was lower than that of regular training group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ADL self-care training can effectively improve patient self-care,improve patient and family satisfaction,reduce complications and improve the quality of daily life.
