病理制片质量控制的常见差错及应对措施

随着当代医学的发展,越来越多的疾病需要进行病理诊断,同时病理诊断也是尸体解剖、司法鉴定最具权威的手段,因此,病理诊断被冠以金色招牌,而组织制片的质量又是临床病理诊断和司法病理诊断的基础,临床病理医生及司法鉴定专家极其重视组织切片的质量,一组优秀的切片可以准确完整地反映疾病的病情、性质、预后并可为司法鉴定提供证据,因此质量好的病理切片是临床诊断及司法鉴定的基础。本研究通过总结分析常规病理制片中常易出现的问题,对实际工作的影响加以探讨,以期不断提高切片质量,从而保证准确、完整的临床病理诊断,为患者提供更好的服务。

With the development of modern medicine,more and more diseases need for pathological diagnosis,at the same time,pathological diagnosis is becoming the most authoritative method of for autopsy,forensic identification,so the pathological diagnosis was dubbed the golden signboard,the quality of tissue sectioning is the basis of clinical and forensic pathological diagnosis,clinicaldoctors and forensic experts attached great importance to the quality of tissue sections,a group of excellent slices can accurately reflect the disease condition,,properties,prognosis and provide evidence for forensic identification,therefore the good quality pathological sections is basis of clinical diagnosis and forensic identification.In this study,through the analysis of common problems in routine pathological section,discusses the influence to the practical work in order to constantly improve the chip quality,thus ensuring the clinical accurate and complete pathological diagnosis of complete to provide the better service for patients.
