Pharmaceutical etiquette is a kind of special etiquette based on public manners and a study about commu-nication art in the pharmacy workers work.Pharmaceutical etiquette is a code of conduct to guide and coordinate behav-ior of pharmaceutical workers.It has high-definition pharmaceutical professional characteristic and it is directly related to people’s life and health.It has a positive effect to strengthen the etiquette education of professional workers in medicine.The quality of treatment will be improved,the body healthy will be ensured,medicine will be developed.This paper describes the significance,basic principle,basic content,category and characteristic of pharmacy etiquette briefly.
