生态文明视野下的矿产资源价值探讨

Discussion on Mineral Resource Value under the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

矿产资源价值是自然价值、劳动价值、资本价值和生态价值的统一体,生态价值应当成为矿产资源价值的重要组成部分。生态文明视野下需要对矿产资源价值进行重新审视,要通过修改《矿产资源法》完善其价值构成体系,同时应规范评估机构、制定评估标准、创新评估理念和加强理论研究。

Mineral resource value is constituted with natural value, labor value, capital value, and ecological value, at which ecological value should be the important part. This paper points out that we need to look again at mineral resource value under the perspective of ecological civilization. It means that we should perfect the value constitution system by means of revising “Mineral Resource Law”. At the same time, we also should standardize assessment agencies, formulate evaluative criteria, innovate evaluation idea, and strengthen the theory study.
