国有银行基层机构人才流失的对策思考

摘要 随着银行业市场的快速扩容,行业间的竞争焦点已由对市场和客户的竞争演变为对优秀人才的争夺。近年来,各类金融机构纷纷在二、三线城市甚至县级区域设点,其灵活的经营机制和较高的待遇吸引了国有银行大量人才,给国有银行造成较大冲击。从国有银行人才流失的现状和原因分析,进而提出对策。 With the rapid expansion of the banking market,the focus of competition between banks has been the competition for talents instead of for markets and customers.In recent years,all financial institu-tions have expanded the business into small cities and counties and recruited many talents from state-owned banks by flexible systems and higher salaries.This paper analyzes the brain drain of state-owned banks and proposes some countermeasures.
