“城郊村”改造背景中农民职业发展问题初探

Researches on the Rebuilding of Urban Village

城郊村是城镇化进程推进过程中的一个特殊历史现象。立足于拆迁农民面临职业发展困境的基础之上,提出促进城市社会融入、完善教育培训和就业制度、完善后续生活保障体系、完善拆迁安置政策等政策建议。

Urban village is a special historical phenomenon in the process of urbanization,based on the development difficulties of the farmers,the paper put forward to some policy recommendations such as to promote their ability of city social integration,to improve education and employment system,to perpect the social security system,to enhance the resettlement regulations and so on.
