多团队系统协作机制对研发团队绩效的影响机理——基于团队跨界行为的中介效应 被引量:2

摘要 研究团队跨界行为在多团队系统协作机制和研发团队绩效间的中介效应,构建概念模型,并提出研究假设。运用结构方程模型对整体模型进行假设检验和路径分析,并检验各研究变量之间的影响关系及其效果。结果表明,多团队系统协作机制、团队跨界行为对研发团队绩效产生显著影响;团队跨界行为中的使节行为和协调行为在多团队系统协作机制与研发团队绩效间起到部分中介效用,侦测行为没有起到中介效用。
