流量自控系统在化工生产中的应用

摘要 化工生产中能否做到对化学反应过程的控制是很关键的。本文介绍了用一套流量数字调节自动控制系统对原料进料速度控制而控制了整个聚合反应的过程,达到了安全高质生产的目的。流量数控系统首先对有关参数进行数据采集,然后由控制仪表对采集的数据进行分析,并按已定控制规律向执行机构发出控制信号,最后由执行机构完成相应的控制动作。该系统自安装以来几年的时间里,系统运行稳定,产品品质良好稳定,深受客户好评。为工厂节约了人力成本,避免了原料浪费,创造了较大效益。 In chemical production, whether the chemical reaction process is controlled efficiently or not should be a pivotal problem. In the research, a suit of digital regulation and automatic control system of flux was introduced and could be used for controlling the rate of feeding as well as the overall process of polymerization. As a result, safe and high-quality production would be guaranteed. With the digital regulation and automatic control system of flux, relevant parameters were collected firstly, and then the collected data were further analyzed by dint of automated instruments. Subsequently, executive units received signals given off according to the assumed command rule, and fulfilled the corresponding task. Since such system was introduced into the production, it operated rather stably and the products quality were kept well. Besides, it could save the cost of manpower, avoid the waste of raw materials and bring more benefits, so that it have won good praise from clients.
