基于工业以太网的煤矿井下胶带输送机监控系统的应用研究

摘要 随着我国工业自动化技术的提高,煤矿综合自动化的发展已经受到我国工控行业越来越多人的关注,如何实现整个矿井的自动化已是矿山行业相关人士研究讨论的热点。本文在提高煤矿整体自动化水平的基础上,提出一种实现煤矿井下胶带输送机监控系统(集中控制、视频监控)的实施方案。此方案以工业自动化领域流行的工业以太网为基础,可使井下设备的实时信息快速、准确地传递到地面调度控制室,以实现煤矿井下胶带输送机真正意义上的自动化运输控制。 As China's industrial automation technology improve, coal mine comprehensive automation development in China has been the industrial control industry more and more people' attention, how to realize the entire mine automation is the mining industry stakeholders to research hot topic. In this paper to improve coal mine integrated automation level, the paper puts forward a monitoring system for belt conveyor in coal mine (centralized control, video surveillance) implementation plan. This solution to the field of industrial automation popular industrial Ethernet as the foundation, can make the downhole equipment real-time information fast, accurately transmitted to the ground control room, in order to achieve coal mine belt conveyer on the true meaning of automation control.
