College section -level cadres are supposed to equip themselves with endearing qualities such as being strict with themselves and being ready to saerifiee personal interests for others as well as being fully prepared to serve for teaehers and students. They should also advance with the times and be capable of putting into practice what has been learned. All these help them to establish better images and create better job performance. Thus, they obtain teachers＇ trust and colleagues＇ support.
