凋亡对神经元发育的作用

摘要 神经生长因子被认为是调节神经元发育的主要因素。近年研究发现发育过程中皮质中间神经元的存活或死亡由独立于外部影响的因素决定(如凋亡),挑战现有的神经营养理论。神经生长因子也可以调节和诱导神经元的凋亡。
