无线移动护理车的应用可以有效预防患者跌倒

目的:评价无线移动护理车在预防患者跌倒中的作用。方法:对比医院数字化平台应用前后两组患者在防跌倒措施知晓率、防跌倒措施依从性、跌倒发生率及跌倒的损伤程度等方面的差异。结果:护理管理信息系统及电子跌倒高危评估表、音视频宣教的应用,提高了患者及陪护者对防跌倒措施的知晓率及对健康教育的依从性,减少了跌倒的发生率,降低了跌倒的损伤程度。结论:移动护理车的应用可以有效地预防患者跌倒,是护理管理实践的新突破。

Objective：The aim is evaluating th~ effect of the wireless-mobile-care-car in preventing patients fall.Methods： Compared the differences in fall prevention awareness,prevention measures compliance, the incidence of falls and the damage degree of two groups patients that before and after the hospital digitization platform application. Result： The application Of the nursing management information system, the falling risk electronic assessment form and audio-visual education, improves the awareness of the patient and the escort about falling prevention measures and the compliance of health education ,decreases the incidence of falls and reduces the damage Of falls degree .Conclusion： The application of the mobile caring car can effectively prevent the patients falling, and is a new breakthrough practice of nursing management.
