血清超敏-C反应蛋白水平对糖尿病患者脑血管意外的预测价值

Predictive value of serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in diabetes patients with cerebrovascular accident

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在糖尿病患者脑血管意外中的预测价值。方法选择2012年5月～2013年5月宜宾市第二人民医院南区治疗的2型糖尿病合并脑血管意外患者66例为脑血管意外组,选择同时期治疗的2型糖尿病未发生脑血管意外事件的患者66例为单纯糖尿病组,同期健康体检者66例为对照组。分别检测并比较三组的空腹血糖(FPG)、口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)以及hs-CRP浓度情况。结果 1脑血管意外组、单纯糖尿病组FPG值[(8.53±2.03)、(8.62±1.35)mmol/L]、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)值[(13.89±2.27)、(14.19±1.86)mmol/L]均高于对照组[(4.01±1.10)、(6.17±1.71)mmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑血管意外组、单纯糖尿病组之间FPG值、2 h PG值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2三组间hs-CRP水平及异常比例比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=3.973,χ2=4.730,P<0.05);其中脑血管意外组hs-CRP水平[(12.58±3.53)μg/mL]高于单纯糖尿病组[(4.87±1.94)mg/L]及对照组[(2.03±0.71)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯糖尿病组hsCRP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP对糖尿病合并脑血管意外具有明显的预测价值,可作为脑血管事件的预测因子。

Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein in diabetes pa-tients with cerebrovascular accident. Methods 66 cases of type 2 diabetes combined with cerebrovascular accident from Mau 2012 to May 2013 in the Southern District of the Second People＆#39;s Hospital of Yibin City were selected as cere-brovascular accident group, 66 cases of type 2 diabetes without cerebrovascular accident in the same term were chosen as simple diabetes group, 66 cases of healthy people were selected as control group. Fasting blood-glucose （FRG）, oral glucose tolerance test （OGTT）, hs-CRP level among the three groups were detected and compared. Results①The value of FPG, 2 h PG in cerebrovascular accident group [（8.53±2.03）, （13.89±2.27） mmol/L] and simple diabetes group [（8.62±1.35）, （14.19±1.86） mmol/L] were all higher than those in control group [（4.01±1.10）, （6.17±1.71） mmol/L], the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The differences of FPG, 2 h PG value between cerebrovascular ac-cident group and simple diabetes group were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.② The differences of hs-CRP level and abnormal proportion among the three groups were statistically significant （F= 3.973, χ2 = 4.730, P〈 0.05）. The hs-CRP level in cerebrovascular accident group [（12.58±3.53） μg/mL] was higher than that in simple diabetes group [（4.87±1.94）μg/mL] and control group [（2.03±0.71）μg/mL], the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The hs-CRP level in simple diabetes group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The hs-CRP has significant predictive value in type 2 diabetes patients combined with cere-brovascular accident, it is a predictive factor of cerebrovascular accident.
