松针抗衰老作用机制的研究进展

松树不仅自身长寿,松针(即松树的叶)药用于人还具有抗衰老的作用。本文对松针清除自由基、保护脏器、改善认知、调节人体代谢及血压等作用进行了概述,认为松针提取物含有多种生物活性成分,药理作用广泛,有必要对其作用机制进行更为深入的研究。

Pine is not only longevous itself, but also the needles are capable of Anti-senility. In this article, the ef-fects of pine needles on clearing free radical, protecting visceras, regulating metabolism and blood pressure were sum-marized. It is believed that pine needles contain multiple active components, and have extensive pharmacological actions. It is necessary to take deeper research on mechanism of pine needles.
