偏头痛静息态功能磁共振局部一致性分析 被引量:6

Regional homogeneity analysis of resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging of migraine patients

摘要 目的:探讨静息状态下偏头痛患者发作间期脑功能活动情况。方法选择山东中医药大学在读硕士及博士研究生18名为研究对象,其中9例偏头痛患者为偏头痛组,9名健康者为对照组,均于2013年10月-2014年5月接受功能磁共振扫描。采用局部一致性方法,比较分析两组在静息状态下脑功能活动情况。结果与对照组比较,偏头痛组静息状态右侧小脑、左侧额上回(BA8)ReHo值下降,差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论静息状态下,偏头痛患者发作间期右侧小脑和左侧额上回脑功能存在异常。 Objective To explore the brain function of the patients with interictalmigraine in resting state. Methods 18 master and doctor graduate students of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were chosen, 9 migraine patients (migraine group) and 9 healthy volunteers (control group), and were given functional MRI scan from October 2013 to May 2014. Their brain activities with the regional homogeneity (ReHo) method in the resting state were com-pared and analyzed. Results Compared with healthy volunteers, ReHo value of migraine patientson the right cerebellum and left superior frontal gyrus (BA8) in resting state reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion On the resting state, brain functionin right cerebellum and left superior frontal gyrusof interictalmigraine patients is abnormal.
