城市古塔不再“孤塔”难鸣——岳阳市慈氏塔的保护与利用策略探讨

Pagoda in City Won＇t Be Isolated—— The Protection and Use of Cishi Pagoda in Yueyang

岳阳市慈氏塔是湖南现存最早的砖塔之一．距今已有近八百年的历史，2013年被列入第七批全国重点文物保护单位，具有很高的历史、艺术和科学价值。本文通过对慈氏塔及所在街区进行现状的调研，分析现存的问题。结合相关保护理论，从环境保护和合理利用两方面，探索对慈氏塔的保护和利用对策，从而更好地发挥慈氏塔在岳阳城区的标志作用，提高其历史地位和文化内涵，并带动慈氏塔周边的历史文化街区的复兴，融入到岳阳这座历史文化名城的保护与发展之中。

Cishi Pagoda in Yueyang is one of the earlist existing brick pagoda in Hunan province,which has a history of nearly eight hundred years.with high historical, artistic and scientific value,Cishi Pagoda has been listed in the seventh batch of national key cultural relics protection units since 2013.This article trys to explore the measures of protection and utilization of Cishi Pagoda, in order to let the pagoda play a leader role in this area,and promote the development of the whole city.
