教育学硕士研究生教育法律意识现状及培养对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures on Pedagogy Postgraduates' Legal Consciousness

依法治国大背景下,强烈的法律意识是各行从业人员所必需具备的基本素质之一。教育学硕士研究生作为我国未来高级教师队伍的主要来源,其法律意识培养更为重要。问卷调查发现,教育学硕士研究生存在法律意识薄弱、教育法律知识薄弱、法律信仰缺失等问题;完善教育学硕士培养模式、构建大学校园法律文化等是有效提升其法律意识的现实路径。

Under the background of nomocracy, strong legal consciousness is one of the basic qualities in all occupations. The cultivation of this consciousness is especially urgent for Pedagogy postgraduates because they are important source of future higher education. Questionnaire result shows that this group lacks law consciousness, legal knowledge and faith. This paper dis-cusses the countermeasures including improving the mode of university’s education and establishing legal culture in universities.
