摘要
基于钦州开放开发的现状,从经济总量、工业水平、财税收入、人才质量、基础设施、投资规模等制约因素入手,提出当前形势下钦州应从区域性国际航运物流中心、国际产业合作高地、外向型人才开发合作体系、对外经贸合作、开放开发平台各方面扩大对外开放领域,提升钦州城市竞争力。
Based on the current status of Qinzhou’ s opening and development, this paper discusses its restraining factors in the aspects of economic output, industrial level, tax revenue, personnel quality, infrastructure, investment size,etc,aiming to put forward countermeasures including improving regional international shipping and logistics center, enhancing international industri-al cooperation and development cooperation system to further reinforce the competitiveness of Qinzhou city.
