目前化疗仍然是未行基因检测的转移性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的主要治疗手段;EGFR和ALK突变阳性患者接受靶向治疗是现今的标准治疗方案;原发灶和转移灶的局部放疗可以改善转移性非小细胞肺癌的临床症状和延长生存时间。

At present, chemotherapy is still the main treatment of metastatic non-small lung cancer patients who do not accept the genetic testing. The fact that patients whose EGFR and ALK mutations in the positive accept target therapy is the current standard treatment. Local radiotherapy to the primary lesions and metastatic lesions of metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer could improve clinical symptoms and prolong survival time.
