摘要
目的探讨尿路结石的临床特点和综合护理效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2014年4月山东省日照市人民医院泌尿外科收治的60例尿路结石患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用腹部X线平片及B超检查确诊并进行药物保守碎石,随机分为两组,对照组患者30例行常规护理,观察组患者30例行心理护理、生活护理、症状护理等综合护理干预,对比两组患者的临床疗效,护理满意度及预后。结果经过综合护理干预之后的观察组的总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的63.33%,组间比较有统计学意义(χ2=28.147,P=0.000),观察组的护理满意率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%,组间比较有统计学意义(χ2=23.512,P=0.000),观察组患者转为手术治疗及肾功能衰竭患者均低于对照组患者,有统计学差异(χ2=21.438、11.865,P<0.05)。结论尿路结石诊治过程中综合护理干预至关重要。
Objective To explore theclinical features and nursing effect of urinary calculi. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with urinary calculi from January 2011 to April 2014 in Shandong province were hospitalized in the department of urology of Rizhao people＇s hospital, all patients were treated with abdominal X-ray plain film and B ultrasound diagnosis and drug conservative gravel, were randomly divided into two groups, patients in the control group of 30 routine nursing care, the observation group 30 patients psychological care, life care, symptom nursing comprehensive nursing intervention, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared, nursing satisfaction and prognosis. Results Through the observation group after the comprehensive nursing intervention in the total efficiency was 96.67%, significantly higher than the control group of 63.33%, there was significant difference between groups（x^2=28.147,P=0.000）, nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than the control group of 76.67%, there was significant difference between groups（x^2=23.512,P=0.000）, the patients in observation group into operation in patients with renal failure and patients were lower than those of the control group, there was statistically significant difference（x^2=21.438, 11.865, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention process is important in the diagnosis and treatment of urinary caleu.
