社区留置导尿患者的管理探讨

Investigation of Community Management of Catheterization

目的通过实施规范的社区管理,有效帮助留置导尿患者的治疗和减少并发症的发生。方法 2010年1月至2012年12月对本社区60例留置导尿患者实施社区管理,包括严格的无菌操作、规范的护理流程、合理的药物使用、健康教育和疗效评价。结果实施社区管理后留置导尿患者并发症发生率明显下降。结论实施社区管理是控制留置导尿患者并发症的有效途径。

Objective To therapy and reduce the incidence of complications of catheterization effectively through standardized community management. Methods 60 catheterization patients have been managed in community from 2010 to 2012, including the way of strict aseptic, standardized care process, rational drug use, health education and evaluation of effect. Results The rate of the incidence of complications of catheterization patients has been decreased significantly through the community management of hypertension. Conclusion Community management is an effective way of controlling the incidence of complications of catheterization.
