前牙美容修复正畸治疗的临床应用

Clinical Application of Cosmetic restoration of Anterior Teeth in Orthodontic Treatment

目的 探讨正畸在前牙美容修复治疗中的临床应用。方法 选取68例需美容修复的牙颌畸形的前牙缺失（损）患者为对象,首先正畸治疗,后行义齿修复。结果 正畸修复治疗后,68例患者均恢复牙列完整性,牙列高度与解剖形态均良好,且患者在总体满意度还在是固定功能、美观程度、咀嚼功能、舒适程度以及语言功能等方面的满意度均显著优于治疗前（P〈0.05）,术后随访2~6年,修复体稳定,基牙紧固,基牙龈缘无松动,患者非常满意。结论 对伴有牙颌畸形的前牙缺失（损）的患者,先进行正畸治疗,可以降低修复难度,达到口腔美学修复的目的。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of orthodontictreatment in cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth in. Methods 68 cases of malocclusion to cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth loss-patients as the object, firstly the orthodontic treatment before restoration. Results After orthodontic prosthetic treatment, 68 patients were restored with complete dentition, tooth height and morphology were good, and the patient in the overall satisfaction is fixed function, aesthetic, masticatory function, comfort and function of language and other aspects of satisfaction were significantlybetter than before treatment（P〈0.05）, surgery followed up for 2-6 years,implant abutment stability, fastening, gingival margin without loosening, patients are very satisfied with the. Conclusion For the patients withmalocclusion anterior teeth loss（loss）of the patients, the orthodontic treatment, can reduce the difficulty of repair, achieve aesthetic dentistrypurposes.
