VSD治疗骨科创伤感染的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of the Treatment of Orthopedic Trauma Infection VSD

目的观察VSD治疗骨科创伤感染的临床疗效。方法抽取48例骨科创伤感染患者作为研究对象,并随机分为2组,观察VSD治疗骨科创伤感染临床疗效。结果经治疗后发现,观察组共有23例治愈出院,总有效率为95.8%(23/24),明显优于对照组的20例83.3%(20/24),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科创伤感染中应用VSD治疗,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of VSD in treating wound infection in department of orthopedics. Methods A total of 48 cases of wound infection in Department of orthopedics patients as the research object, and were randomly divided into 2 groups, observation of VSD in treating clinical department of orthopedics trauma infection. Results After the treatment, the observation group were 23 cases were cured, the total effective rate was 95.8% （23/24）, 20 cases of the 83.3% was better than the control group（20/24）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of VSD in the treatment of wound infection in the department of orthopedics, can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, worthy of promotion.
