曲安奈德在玻璃体切除手术中的应用

Application of Triamcinolone Acetonide in Vitrectomy

目的探讨曲安奈德在璃体切除手术中的应用。方法回顾分析37例玻璃体切割术中应用曲安奈德辅助剥离玻璃体后皮质的临床资料。结果首次接受玻璃体切割手术患者37例37眼,术中玻璃体腔注入去除上清液的曲安奈德0.1 mL辅助剥离玻璃体后皮质,手术结束时玻璃体腔均注入去除上清液的曲安奈德2 mg。结论玻璃体切割术中应用曲安奈德可辅助剥离玻璃体后皮质,减轻术后炎性反应。

Objective To research for the application of triamcinolone acetonide using vitrectomy surgery. Methods Clinical data of 37 cases patients suffering using vitrectomy surgery.meanwhile with triamcinolone acetonide were reviewed retrospectively. Results First to accept vitrectomy surgery patients 37 cases patients（37 eyes）intravitreal were injected by triamcinolone acetonide in the course of vitrectomy surgery. Triamcinolone acetonide 0.1 mL removing supernatant was used, up-stripping vitreous posterior cortex. By the time the surgery was over, triamcinolone acetonide 2.0mg removing supernatant was injected into vitreous cavity. Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide using vitrectomy may stripping helping role in vitreous posterior cortex.
