呋喃唑酮片灌肠在儿科感染性腹泻中的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of furazolidone tablet as enema in pediatric infectious diarrhea

目的分析呋喃唑酮片灌肠在儿科感染性腹泻中的应用效果。方法研究本院近年来治疗的120例感染性腹泻患儿的临床资料,将所有患儿分为两组,对照组60例及治疗组60例,对比两组的腹泻消失时间、大便常规转为正常时间、临床治愈时间、疗效、住院时间及住院费用。结果治疗组的腹泻消失时间为(3.38±0.62)d、大便常规转为正常时间为(4.32±0.41)d及临床治愈时间为(5.38±0.59)d,均短于对照组的(5.02±1.12)、(7.08±1.03)、(7.98±0.81)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的总有效率为80.0%,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的住院时间为(5.5±2.4)d,住院费用为(4450.5±278.45)元,对照组的住院时间为(7.3±2.8)d,住院费用为(5587.4±317.75)元,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用呋喃唑酮灌肠能有效提高患儿感染性腹泻的治愈率,且疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the application effect of furazolidone tablet as enema in infectious diarrhea in pedi-atric infectious diarrhea. Methods Clinical data of 120 cases of children with infectious diarrhea in our hospital in recent years were studied and all patients were divided into two groups,60 cases in control group and treatment group of 60 patients.The time of diarrhea disappearing,routine stool test being normal and clinical cure,efficacy,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost in both groups was compared respectively. Results The time of diarrhea disappearing,rou-tine stool test becoming normal and clinical cure in treatment group was （3.38±0.62）,（4.32±0.41）,（5.38±0.59） d respectively,shorter than that in control group[（5.02±1.12）,（7.08±1.03）,（7.98±0.81） d] respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Total effective rate in control group was 80.0%,while total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3%,total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group,with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.In the treatment group,hospitalization time was（5.5±2.4） d and hospitalization cost was（4450.5±278.45）yuan.In the control group,hospitalization time was（7.3±2.8） d and hospitalization cost was（5587.4±317.75）yuan,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Application of furazolidone tablet as enema can effectively improve cure rate of pediatric infectious diarrhea and obtain a remarkable effect.
