布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息性肺炎的效果观察

Effect observation of inhalation therapy of budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of infants with asthmatic pneumonia

目的：探讨与分析布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿喘息性肺炎的效果。方法选取2012年4月～2013年4月本院收治的88例喘息性肺炎患儿，随机分成观察组（44例）及对照组（44例）。所有患儿入院后均接受对症常规方法治疗，对照组采用酚妥拉明治疗，观察组采用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为95.4%，明显高于对照组的72.7%（P〈0.05）。观察组的喘息、咳嗽、呼吸困难缓解时间，住院时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗效果甚好，可以有效缩短患者的住院时间，快速控制病情，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyse effect of inhalation therapy of budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of infants with asthmatic pneumonia. Methods 88 cases of infants with asthmatic pneumonia from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （44 cases）and control group （44 cases）.Symptomatic treatment was used in all infants.The control group was given phentolamine treatment,while the observation group were given inhalation therapy of budesonide combined with terbutaline.The treatment effect of two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.4%,significantly higher than that of control group（72.7%）（P〈0.05）.Cough,wheezing,difficulty breathing disappearing time and hospitalization time of observa-ion group was shorter than that of control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Inhalation therapy of budesonide combined with terbutaline has a good curative effect,can reduce hospitalization time,control the disease quickly,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
