摘要
目的：探讨超声在阑尾炎术前检查中的价值。方法收集本院2013年1月～2014年4月阑尾炎术前均采用高、低频探头相结合作超声检查的患者60例。结果60例阑尾炎术后病理证实超声正确诊断54例，诊断符合率为90.0%，其中2例保守治疗后手术。结论阑尾炎术前超声检查具有较高的准确性，对临床术前制订手术方案具有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound examination before appendectomy. Methods 60 patients ad-mitted into our hospital from January 2013 to April 2014 and received ultrasound examination together with high-fre-quency and low-frequency probe before appendectomy were selected. Results Pathological evidence of appendicitis after the surgery showed that among the 60 patients,54 patients were correctly diagnosed,diagnosis accordance rate was 90.0%,among them,2 patients received the surgery after conservative treatment. Conclusion Ultrasound examination before appendectomy is highly accurate and plays an important value in making surgical plans before clinical surgery.
