摘要
目的：探讨CT模拟定位放射治疗在食管癌中的应用价值。方法选择2010年1月~2012年5月本院收治的食管癌患者80例，按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组各40例，观察组使用CT模拟定位，对照组使用常规X线模拟定位，比较两组的生存率及治疗期间出现的毒副作用。结果观察组血小板减少、白细胞减少和血红蛋白减少的发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05），观察组1年和2年生存率均显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 CT模拟定位相对于常规X线模拟定位能显著降低骨髓抑制造成的血液系统毒副作用，提高患者生存率，建议在有条件的医院开展。
Objective To investigate the value of CT radiation therapy simulator in esophageal cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2012 were selected and were ran-domly divided into two observation group and control group,each 40 cases,CT simulation was used to the observation group,conventional X-ray simulator was used to the control group,then survival,and side effects during treatment were compared. Results The proportion of the observation group with thrombocytopenia,leucopenia and decreased hemoglobin were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）,the survival rate of observation group at 1 and 2-year was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CT simulation relative to conventional X-ray simulator can sig-nificantly reduce blood toxicity caused by bone marrow suppression system,it can improve patient survival,it is recom-mended conditional hospitals.
