奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的效果观察

Effect observation of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastrorrhagia

目的：探究奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2013年1~12月本院收治的88例胃溃疡合并胃出血患者，按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，每组各44例。观察组采用奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗，对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗，比较两组的总有效率、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率、复发率、不良反应发生率及症状评分。结果观察组的复发率显著低于对照组，Hp根除率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05），观察组、对照组的不良反应发生率分别为13.6%、11.4%，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为88.6%、63.6%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗后，两组的症状评分均有所下降，观察组治疗后的症状评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血临床效果确切，可靠安全，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treat-ment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastrorrhagia. Methods 88 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with gastror-rhagia admitted into our hospital from January to December 2013 were evenly divided into the observation group and the control group according to different therapeutic methods.The observation group was treated with omeprazole com-bined with hydrotalcite,while in the control group,only omeprazole was applied.The total effective rate,eradication rate of helicobacter pylori （Hp）,recurrence rate, incidence rate of adverse reaction,and symptom score after therapy were com-pared in the two groups. Results In the observation group,the recurrence rate was greatly lower than that in the control group,the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was obviously higher in comparison with that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group and control group was 13.6% and 11.4%respectively,but didn＇t show statistical difference （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate in the observation group and control group was 88.6% and 63.6% respectively with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.After treatment,symptom score in the two groups both decreased,and symptom score in the observation group was remarkably lower than that in the con-trol group with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole combined with hydrotalcite in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastrorrhagia can obtain a definite clinical effect.It is reliable and safe,and is worthy of expansion in clinic.
