护理程序在内镜逆行胰胆管造影术护理中的应用分析

目的分析护理程序在内镜逆行胰胆管造影术护理中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的64例行内镜逆行胰胆管造影术的患者随机分为观察组32例和对照组32例。两组患者均行治疗性经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术,在临床护理中对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用程序护理,观察并统计分析两组患者的手术成功率、手术时间及术后并发症发生率,并调查患者护理满意度。结果观察组的手术成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理针对性、护理有效性及护理系统性的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理程序应用于内镜逆行胰胆管造影术中对促进手术成功率、降低患者术后并发症的发生率及提高患者护理满意度具有重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing process in encoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancre-atography nursing. Methods 64 patients underwent encoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography in our hospital were divided into observation group（32 cases）and control group（32 cases）.Patients of groups were treated with therapeu-tic encoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography,in clinical nursing,routine nursing was used in control group,nurs-ing process was used in observation group.Surgical success rate,operation time and the incidence rate of postoperative complication in two groups was observed and statistically analysed respectively,and nursing satisfaction rate of patient was investigated. Results Surgical success rate in observation group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）,the incidence rate of postoperative complication in observation group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）,the oper-ation time in observation group was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Patient satisfaction with nursing targeted, nursing effectiveness and nursing systemic in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing process applied in encoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography has important signifi-cance to promote the success rate of surgery,reduce the incidence rate of patients with postoperative complication and improve nursing satisfaction of patient.
