医药中间体4-OH环孢素生物转化制备技术研究的必要性

摘要 近年来,病毒性肝炎感染相关死亡率持续增长,病毒性肝炎对患者的健康和生命危害极大,已经成为威胁人类安全最重要的传染性疾病,因此开发出一类具有新型抗病毒机制(亲环素抑制剂)的抗病毒药物成为全球研发热点。本文通过对已知药物环孢素的化学结构改造,降低或去除其免疫抑制活性,增强其抗病毒活性,从而进一步开发新型免疫抑制药,以治疗病毒性肝炎。 In recent years,viral hepatitis infection related mortality rate has been continued to grow,great harm health and life of the patients,viral hepatitis has become a threat to human security of the most important inf.Therefore devel-oped a class of new antiviral mechanism(close loop inhibitor)of antiviral drugs become the research hot spot.In this pa-per,we through to the known drugs intermediates chemical structure modification,reduce or remove its immunosuppres-sive activity,enhance its antiviral activity,thus make new immunosuppressive drugs to further development,used to treat viral hepatcccitis.
