摘要
半身疾病是指部分好发于或特发于身体偏侧的疾病,多为左或右偏侧患病。此类疾病临床较为常见。其病因病机不同,但都具有单侧发病之特点。基于中医经络理论,对此类疾病的病因病机阐释独具特色。针灸治疗半身疾病有较好的临床疗效,对针灸治疗的取穴规律加以归纳总结。
Diseases of half body are series diseases occurred in part or idiopathic in only one side of body, which are mostly left or right unilateral disease. Such clinical disease is more common. Diseases like those are different in pathogenesis, but all characterized in one-side affected. Based on the meridian theory, the explanation of the pathogenesis is specific. The treatment by acupuncture against diseases of half body has better therapeutic effect, and the author tries to summarize the basic rules of point selection to treat the diseases.
